One of the most important things I want you to know is that your trauma is not the thing that made you the strong person you are today. So, what is transpersonal therapy? At its heart, it is the celebration of wholeness. I draw from a rich tapestry of therapeutic modalities, blending trauma-informed practices, art therapy, sand tray exploration, existential and Jungian insights, sound therapy, attachment work, somatic awareness, and mindfulness training. I also integrate rituals and ceremonial practices from my Southeast Asian heritage, adding depth, beauty, and cultural richness to our sessions.
